This is a delicious spice mix made by Mohammad our spice merchant.

It's citrusy and and so ridiculously tasty .

You can use it as a rub on absolutely anything or just sprinkle it on food because it's amazing. 

It contains sea salt as well as the spices. 

We have a very limited amount so apologies when we run out. 

Everything was prepared in a food safe and clean area. Although he has an incredible shop in the souk nothing has been sitting out, they were freshly ground straight for me.
